“Enroll and don’t look back. You will thank yourself later.” This is the advice Stephanie Whooley, Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals Medical Center Sales Professional and student in the Professional MBA Class of 2010, would like to offer prospective students. More than halfway through the program, Stephanie has already reaped the benefits of her studies both personally and professionally.

In her current position with Sanofi-Aventis, Stephanie is responsible for working with a variety of specialists within the institutional setting to provide education on the appropriate and effective utilization of two pharmaceutical products, Lovenox and Plavix. Her territory is widespread, including Champaign-Urbana, Decatur, Bloomington, and Kankakee.

After completing the Illinois MBA, Stephanie’s goal is to advance into corporate management and/or training and development in the health care industry. Stephanie chose the Illinois MBA for many reasons. She states, “The benefits of an Illinois MBA are multi-faceted. The concepts covered throughout the program have diversified my business knowledge and introduced me to a variety of concepts that I had not been exposed to in my undergraduate studies, making me a more well-rounded business professional. Furthermore, the discipline and time management skills required to be successful in the Professional MBA will undoubtedly transfer into both my personal and professional life.”
